Energy modelling

Summary/

A full dynamic thermal model has been developed for the proposed convergence centre, in order to assess its energy demand, primary energy consumption and resulting CO₂e emissions. The analysis accounts for the characteristics of each space including the internal gains, type of glazing, building fabric details, building orientation and external weather conditions. The thermal modelling has been carried out using software in accordance with ASHRAE 90.1 Appendix G.
